In the construction sector, Made Expo is confirmed as the most important international fair in Italy for the project and construction and the numbers confirm this. The 2011 edition saw 253,533 visitors, +4.7%, with a strong increase, +34%, of foreign visitors, increased to 31,905. In evidence a great growth of foreign visitors, with a significant increase especially from non-EU countries – +58% from the Americas, +14% from Asia (+28% from Russia) and +19% from Africa – and a substantial resilience of European operators.
Made Expo, the only exhibition that in Italy represents the entire construction chain without losing the specificity of the sectors, is a unique meeting opportunity for the construction and project sector. The format transforms the commercial moment into a complete event.
